Board Meetings

Board Meetings are every third Wednesday of the month at 12:30pm at the Administration Building.

The District's Board meetings are open to the public and we will strive to maintain social distancing and will also be available by video/telephone conference on Zoom as long as possible. The link to join the meetings by zoom video and/or telephone conference will be posted under the "Public Notice" page above at least 72 hours before the meetings are held. You can also contact our office for the zoom meeting details.

Please note as of September 1st, 2021 anyone wishing to participate in meeting will be required to be visibly seen and clearly audible to other participants.

Our Board Meetings are held on every third Wednesday of the month unless otherwise posted (see public notice section on this website). These meetings are open to the public and there is always a Public Comment section on the agenda. The Public Comment section is for the Public to address non-agenda items and/or request that their item to be considered on a future agenda. Individuals are limited to a maximum of five (5) minutes. The Board cannot deliberate or take action on non-agenda items. On 08/21/2019 the Board of Directors adopted the following rules effective September 1, 2019 for allowing each member of the public who desires to address the Board regarding an item on an agenda for all open meetings.
